Application procedure
Applications to be submitted by March 15, 2008 to:

The enclosed Application Form must be accompanied by:
a) a copy of the Applicant's birth certificate;
b) an official confirmation of payment of the fee;
c) short biography of the Applicant;
d) proposed Competition repertoire;
e) 2 recent photographs.
